... You make food products. You have NO RESPONSIBILITY for the health of your customers. 'Do no harm'? Don't make me laugh. Your only responsibility is to stock holders, the owners of the business. Guess what, they're only interested in profit. To maximise profit you use the cheapest ingredients AND the ingredients that experience and your food technologists tell you will make the food most palatable.
