Will fluoride stain my teeth?

I read a piece of advice recently that said,

"You're asking about how to stop those brown stains on teeth, one
of the symptoms of dental fluorosis is brown, mottled teeth. Use non
fluoride toothpaste. Results will not be instant, but at least you'll stop
    adding to the problem"

Oh dear. 'Epic fail'. Fluorosis is the name for staining created by getting too much fluoride in your diet WHILE THE TEETH ARE DEVELOPING DOWN IN THE GUMS. That is to say before the age of twelve.

After the teeth have erupted even very high levels of fluoride in drinking water or toothpaste will not cause fluorosis or make it worse.

A fluoride toothpaste will help to prevent decay. It will also clean off staining.

Short answer? NO!
